Dean Mannix is one of Australia’s leading performance consultants with over 20 years of legal, finance, sales and management experience. He advises, coaches and trains senior executives from many of the world’s leading financial services corporations.
Clients throughout the Asia Pacific region, Europe and the United States call on Dean when communicating the right message is critical to winning business and building stronger internal and external relationships.
Dean mixes a unique blend of sales experience, psychology and motivational theory to lead individuals and teams to higher levels of performance in winning business. He is known by his clients for pushing individuals and teams to strategically and relentlessly chase new business and grow existing clients. Whether you’re communicating over the phone, in one-on-one meetings or presenting to large audiences – Dean will introduce you to strategies and techniques used by the top performers in the world.
He also works with many senior management teams to develop the structure, strategy and culture required to maximise a team’s ability to achieve. He regularly facilitates strategy and change management sessions globally for some of the world’s leading investment banks.
Over the past ten years Dean has worked with a diverse range of clients including Macquarie Bank, Macquarie Funds Management Group, Oracle Corporation, UBS Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Asset Management, BT Financial Group, St. George Bank, National Australia Bank , Commonwealth Bank, JB Were Investment Management, Investec Bank, Goldman Sachs JB Were, investec and the Boston Consulting Group.
Dean draws on personal experience developed across a diverse range of industries. He completed his General Registered Representative qualifications with the London Stock Exchange whilst working with Morgan Stanley in London. Dean then went on to finish his Law Degree and was admitted as a Solicitor practicing in litigation and negotiating complex disputes for some of Australia’s largest construction companies.
His next role, as CEO, was leading a property development and childcare management company to build and manage a team of 140 employees. This business was successfully developed and sold. He then developed and led a highly successful sales team in the technology space and simultaneously grew his consulting business, which is now known as Persuasive Edge.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Laws, an MBA from the AGSM and is a qualified Yoga teacher.
Aaron Sweetman is a digital media specialist who brings over fifteen years of arts and media experience to his role as co-founder and head of production for the salesitv.com group.
With a passion for quality, useability, and all around excellence, Aaron is excited by the increasingly real possibilities of digital technologies, specifically the way it is transforming the training and education space through video streaming via the internet.
Having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts (Television Production) before performing as a member of Dein Perry’s ‘Tap Dogs’, Aaron went on to work in television for such companies as Crackerjack and Grundy. Most recently he ran his own business specialising in corporate and educational writing and video production.
Aaron is well placed to conflate this experience to produce world-class product that will benefit our valued clients
Luke Harvey-Palmer has spent the last 15 years with some of Australia’s leading Financial Institutions, technology and sales organisations around the world.
During this time, Luke’s colleagues, management and customers have come to know him as energetic, disciplined and passionate about the customer!
With experience in strategic design, the monetisation of technology, and large scale implementation of change for the better, Luke has invaluable experience and knowhow of the sales process. Coupled with the respect for the profession of sales, and the effect a trained, supported and inspired sales force can have on an organisation!
For some time, Luke has believed that people are the critical link in the sales process, and now spends much of his passion and energy on making GREAT people POPULAR – through developing their personal brands, and creating them a standout position from their competition.
With a belief in technology, and its ability to develop sales people, and support their profession, Luke is the ideal evangelist for Salesitv and what it can do for your sales teams!
Luke lives in Sydney with his wife and two children, and enjoys competitive road cycling, photography, technology and staying healthy!
Juan Guillermo Torrealba is a digital media artist, with accomplished skills in 3D animation, motion graphics, postproduction, web and graphic design.
He brings to salesitv.com over seven years experience in the fields of visual and digital communication and has a passion for new technologies and a desire to create a new way of Art.
Juan has a Bachelor in Graphic and Web Design from the Universidad del Pacifico (Santiago, Chile) and a Post degree in 3D Animation and Postproduction.
Tim O'Brien brings a passion for film and television to his multi-skilled production role in the salesitv.com team.
Tim is a recent graduate from the JMC Academy with a Certificate IV in Digital Television Production and an Advanced Diploma in Digital Television Production Management. His student projects include documentary, short film, and music video. His future aspirations are to start his own production company.
Tim also has a Certificate IV in Information Technology Programming, which he completed in 2005.
